I am looking for a non expensive exfoliating skin treatment that actually work for acne oily skin people. I have not tried anything over the counter but with recommendations I am willing to try.
I will even try expensive prodcuts as long as it works I have acne scarring from over the years and I would like to get rid of it.

Buy an Equate (WalMart brand) facial scrub. I use apricot scrub and an Equate Hydroxy masque that you let dry and peel off. Only use these thing once of twice a week or you’ll dry your skin out too much and get all peel-y.

Zinc is a very good mineral supplement that works for skin and having a teenager son i gave him zinc and a general vitamin and within a week there was a differenc.
CLEANSE INSIDE
drink fluids, flush out your system, try the 6 – 8 glasses of water per day. Cut out fizzy and as much caffeine as possible. WATER is very good for your body and skin.
Eat healthy – eat as many natural fruit and vegetables as possible.
CLEANSE OUTSIDE
Find a gentle exfoliating wash and a oil free moisturizer.
Cleanse at least twice a day.
Face Mask at least once a month
Two natural remedies
Cook a single serving of plain oatmeal. Add +/- ΒΌ cup honey. Mix thoroughly. When cool. Apply to face, avoiding the eye area. Leave for 10-20 minutes. If you leave it on too long it will be difficult to remove.
Or
Mix equal part of ‘rose water’ & lemon juice and apply to face wash off after 15 to 20 minutes.
Always be careful the first time – try on a small area first. Stay out of the sun when you apply.
Wash thoroughly.

I have tired lots of them but only one that helped me was Zenmeds Derma Cleanse.
It really good acne removal kit because it treats acne inside out. For me it took 3 weeks to treat acne.
