The warm honey is really useful. I have do it and twice a week, the acne on my face is becoming Dilute
it doesn’t work
It varies for everyone. I have never noticed an improvement in acne when using honey, although it does make my skin very soft and better hydrated.
It is just like any other treatment or ingredient. The results are never the same for everyone. In fact, some people break out from honey.
Honey itself is supposed to be (I believe) anti-bacterial as well as hydrating, hence why it’s said to be good for acne and even skin irritations. Unless you sleep on your back, I’d only recommend using it in a mask as opposed to a night spot treatment. You can use it on its own or with other ingredients, then wash it off in the shower (in the sink would be quite messy). If you’ve never used honey before, then I suggest applying some to the inside of your wrist for a few hours, see if you notice any reaction.
