I brake out mostly in the ‘T’ zone, they are not usual large pimples but small under the skin black and white heads. In your experience what was the best treatment for this kind of acne? Thanks.

i had horrible acne until i got help and the dermatologist said OXY is the best, but use it twice a day, also bathe in dove non-fragrance soap those 2 together are the best products out there,, honestly
this is called cystic acne and I got rid of mine by taking antibiotics….
whiteheads and blackheads have to get extracted so you have to go to a spa and get them removed
The skin is an extension of your liver’s activity. If you have an inactive/lazy liver, or if the liver needs a cleansing, then you need to clean it otherwise you will have a problem with your skin, mainly with acne such as you have.
I recommend you go to your health food store and buy a liver cleanser. Further, you need to use something similar to Proactive as well even in the T zone.
